Thanks Jannard. Testing now in Mac Pro whit R3D files.
I believe QuickLook is part of Spotlight. Spotlight has to find and re-index R3D files to include the new capability.
So it probably doesn't work until the Spotlight indexing system gets to it, which might take a while. So it didn't work at first and then it suddenly did.

Drag multiple clips to the bin with proper naming convention (ie A001_L001,2,3.. and A001_R001,2,3) then chose "Make 3D Clips from L/R Filenames." This will then combine all clips with proper name into one 3D clip.
You have to have a framing preset on the footage to see any HIT or VIT changes. I don't believe that it will show any changes without this. So make a framing window smaller than the actual footage size (for both eyes) then change your values. You can get a good idea of what is going on by changing the 3D mode to difference.
Hope this helps.
It's the way we organise our stereo files, but this actually worked flawlessly on build 356. 21 shooting days and no problems so far with the automated 3D mounting. I thought it would be autocorrection colorwise or something else.
I will try that later! Thanks a lot!You have to have a framing preset on the footage to see any HIT or VIT changes. I don't believe that it will show any changes without this. Is REDCINE a big part of the Post section of REDUCATION? Because I know the basics, but it would be awesome to get the insiders look at how to properly go about the program.
Thanks
Jim, do you guys happen to have a Windows version of 416?![]()
Thanks so much, Jim. That was quick. Are there any instructions anywhere on how to use Red Cine-X to process HDRx? Is there an HDRx control panel window in Red Cine X or anything?
