    General Posting Guidelines :

The Storm forum is here for discussion and questions in regards to the Storm software. In order to help everyone enjoy the forum there are a few simple rules and guidelines in place.

    1. The following are the principle guidelines for the establishment and enforcement of our Guidelines :

Ensure a friendly atmosphere to our visitors and Storm forum members.
Ensure the privacy of our members and that of others.
    Comply with existing laws.
Encourage responsible use of our forum and discourage activities which disrupt our community and reduce
the value of our services to our visitors.
Encourage the freedom of expression and exchange of information in a mature and responsible manner.

    2. General Discussion

If you have a question then please be as clear and concise as possible and make sure the thread title has enough information to identify it as a question.

Please create a new topic if you have something new to discuss. This enables us to properly follow threads and therefore answer the initial question asked clearly, without having to dilute threads with other possibly unrelated questions/answers.

Posters who go off topic within a thread will be kindly asked to create a new thread.

Please check posts before creating a new thread by using the search facility, in case your question has been asked before. Also check The Foundry Storm FAQ page in case it is something we are already aware of :

    3. Bug and Feature Reports

Please see the Guidelines for reporting bugs and features sticky for more information on this.

The guidelines above are specific/additional to the Storm Forum only. Please adhere to the reduser general guidelines for this forum and all other forum areas.

    Kind Regards

    Storm Support Team
