Good. Much better to build one solid brand. I sneaky suspicion you would do this.
I guess the guys at scarletuser will be pissed though...
RED simply has the best naming system. No seeming random combination of letters and numbers like every other camera company on the planet, just "REDONE", "Epic", and "Scarlet".
Any changes to 2/3"?
Ok, I'll bite....
Price going up? Or price going down?
(I think I already know the answer :( )
Its earned that name with its bevy of new features.
So which will come first "Epic Light" or "Scarlet 2/3"?
I planned on staying up tonight browsing REDUSER while shooting some timelapse photography, but I thought I was going to spend it reading the Cinematography forum. Looks like it's going to be a long night :)
So the burning question remains: will the new changes to EPIC Light delay delivery across the line? Is Scarlet still in the program?
Cheers,
Fabián

Scarlet S35 = Epic Light. Didn't see that coming... :-)
Epic LT (suggested handle for now)
So I guess there never really was much of a difference between 'Scarlet S35' and Epic S35 despite what Red told us. I hope it doesn't move up to much more than 8K for the brain. But will it need a Scarlet module adapter or a Epic module adapter, since I guess the dimension of the brain hasn't changed...
