Indeed. The money you save on High-end PC + CS5 over a slower Mac Pro + Smoke could get you a working Scarlet S35.

I'm VERY happy with the fixed scarlet, as red mentions it comes with a decent auto focus. My other option was the ex1r, but everyone complains about the autofocus. The S35 sounds nice, but that may be a year away.
