Was good to see you again in person Paul and show off the Epic to you and the others in Japan... best part for me was connecting up the 1080p HD-SDI output to the Barco, and showing the live output of the Epic on that big screen... then taking the lights down, and taking the ISO to 6400 and then 12800 to show how amazingly clean the images are at those ratings (and of course showing off the touch focus, and the HDRx images on the big screen was pretty fun too :-)

Here is one for you guys.

Ted's Epic, Paul's 5D, and that tiny little wedding Red-ographer's Nikon. Hehehe.

Oh, and I forgot to mention, this was shot with my iPhone 4's HDR mode. Sadly, no magic motion there ;)

It looked amazing Ted. Thanks to you and Jon and Travis for a great, reinvigorating presentation :)

Can't wait for this photo to mimic real life for me!

Hopefully I can pick up my Stage 2 Epic in person next year and visit LA....

Safe trip back for you all and make sure to give your daughter a big hug! :D

    Cheers,

    Paul :)

Also very impressed by the HDSDI output and the Tiger in motion. Seeing the HDRx™™ graded on a big screen was also a great moment.

Thank you very to Ted who was very kind to let us play with the Epic.
