    So you are just doing two exposures. But it looks like you're only using it where necessary (> 1.0).

    A quick 8 stop underexposure prior to the real exposure. Now I'm confused though. Wasn't this idea tossed about 1000 times only to be shot down as not how it was being done?

    Gotta say though in motion it's a lot less offensive than I would have thought.

    Nope... "just two exposures" gives disjointed (unconnected and stuttering) motion.

    So quick read off of initial sensor and then continues to expose from the same starting point?

    Like:
    [1/1000th]
    [1/48th.............................................. ........]
    ?

    A just hint of Foundry OFlow I think would completely hide the effect. Which is I imagine the plan aka MNMB.
