I am leaving in a few minutes. New to the area, so unsure how much time to allow for the commute from Carlsbad to Santa Ana... 2 hours seems safe!!

By the time you get to the Dyer exit off the 55, be aware that there will be traffic. That area has a lot of businesses and there is also construction. There isn't construction from the side you're coming, but it affects traffic. Good Luck!

I think Brad has his EPIC there, but I'm not sure what stage.

2 hours should be just on time. My sister lives in SD and it takes her 1.5 hours to get to Santa Ana. But that's with no traffic.
