I just saw this from the Alexa Software Update 2.0 (which enables ProRes, among other things):

Remote Control
ALEXA now has a web server function built in, with a basic remote interface as the first application.
  • The ALEXA web remote page can be accessed by connecting the ALEXA Ethernet Cable (3.00m/9.8ft) KC 153-S to a computer. Then enter the following URL into any browser: http://alexaXXXX.local (where XXXX is the camera’s serial number).
  • Alternatively, on Mac computers with the Safari browser you can choose “Show all Bookmarks” from the “Bookmarks” menu. Then click “Bonjour” in the list on the left, and any connected ALEXA camera with its serial number should show up in the “Bookmarks” list in the center of the browser. Double click the camera’s name to connect.
  • For Firefox you can to install the “BonjourFoxy” plug-in to achieve the same.
  • To access the version and status info pages enter the following URL into any browser:
http://alexaXXXX.local/version.html (where XXXX is the camera’s serial number).
Is anything like this planned for Epic, or possible to add to RED One? I know about the REDMOTE.
