And with the RED cameras I bet the story will even improve!
(but seriously, congrats. That is a major endorsement to have a panny/MX endorsement)

Round for the cinematographer... LOL :-)
Great feedback Jim. Congratulations. You set out to build the camera the others didn't have the sense to build and comments like this must be wonderful vindication - like you really need it.
Yeah, but what are they usin' for the wildlife scenes? Hmmm????
They're making a Pirates of the Caribbean movie??????
Seriously, great news for the Red Team - technology that is constantly validated in 'real world' examples.
Not surprised. With the MX, I don't think there's a good argument for film, other than you like the look better. Or more likely, you like the look of a certain stock better. The auteurs who can afford it, like Spielberg, will stick with it, but I see 99% of productions giving the same report card very soon. If only you guys were publicly traded! ;)
13 cameras, though? Yikes! How on earth do they coordinate them? Man, what I wouldn't give to be an AC or something on that set.
Congrats RED TEAM !
There is no substitute for hard work !
Fanboi #2658 sez, "Huzzah!"
