Thanks a lot for these answers, much appreciated!

I was wondering, what kind of power options and battery life we could expect from the Scarlet 2/3" Fixed? It seems like the ideal camera for applications like wildlife filming or otherwise filming in remote locations, so this is something I constantly worry about.

Not at the same time as the initial release.

I think everyone trusts you on that! (but I don't trust the competition to keep up, even with a little heads up)

Low power draw so a long battery life.

Jim, I have two questions, beyond when my Epic-X will ship...

    1) At the Red day in Vegas, I saw an awesome shoulder rig that seemed to share components with the base-plate and parts mounted on a green Red One. I know the firmware bug was slowing down Epic, but what is stopping you from releasing these accessory pieces? I'd like to begin replacing parts on my Red One that will be forward compatible with Epic-X.

    2) Will there still be any difference between Epic-X and Epic S35 besides badging? In the past, there was a different color, as well as a beefier codec codec for Epic-X.

    Burning hole in head questions:

    1. red mattebox before Epic?

    2. red motor for primes to work with Redmote

    3. .r3d trimming?
