Editing

Hi, i am a new RED user, somepeople can help me? i have r3d (4K) files and i want to edit using Eyeon Generation 2.0 or Scratch, i have a PC AMD Phenom 4 core 3.2 Ghz, 8 Gb Ram 1 HDD 1TB 1 HDD 2 TB and i have not the RED Rocket, can i edit this R3D (4K) files with this PC? or i need the RED Rocket?

You do not necessarily need RED Rocket to edit r3d's. I'm guessing you're probably using Avid since you have a PC, but as long as you have the codecs for Avid to read r3d's then you can edit Red Footage.
