DSLR Slate iPad / iPhone App

I used this app on an mv shoot and it was great. Version 1.1 should address alot of the issues we had.

Would it be possible to make the ipad a master clock and jam the camera out of the headphone jack? There is another app that uses the headphone jack to send timecode, but it is a master clock?

Definitely a big improvement that now makes more sense for us to use, good job, and look forward to see it grow, one thing that I would like to see is the actual Project Name to be much larger, that is a must for me.

Was trying to decide which slate to add to my iPhone 4.... Sold.

But I do like the finger-write option......

I bought this for my iphone 3G, used once and there is new update, so i updated. Now it doesn't work. When i hit the open slate, it just crashes. It is not a expensive program but i still felt i need my money back.

Not very patient, eh? Maybe some tech support - the guy seems to be on top of necessary updates.

does anyone know where to get a cable / adapter from regular headphone jack to lemo (sound devices, RED Timecode Lemo, etc.)...

He spent better part of an hour late last night working thru a serious IO error when I bought and could not get the sync tone to work.

(IO error.... Idiot Operator:) ) New iPhone owner and did not know about the "silent" switch on the upper left:)

Although not tailored to Red, sure puts a lot of info on the screen.
