We shoot in 35 but I am a RED owner and aficionado.

    Rob Sweeney DP "Entourage"
I was wondering when someone was going to notice. No fair that Rob had inside knowledge. But yeah, its the Quasar's screen debut. No lines mind you but me thinks it the first on screen cameo of a 3D rig :D

The Quasar used is hoping it gets invited to the wrap party. At the shop its gone all diva on us.

Great work Rob - love Entourage mate. This made watching Entourage that bit more enjoyable. "Spot the RED"

Alternate view from the boot.. prominent RED logo showing.

Here it is in the ex-Navy SEAL stunt dudes hand after the jump...

Mate - was it the 3D rig on the SteadiCam - or did I miss it?

Saw the season opening last night - did not know it was filmed on the Red. Noticed the Epic. Cool!

I thought it was still being filmed in 35 and the Red just made an on-screen appearance?

Oakley is now owned by Luxottica, worked for them many moons ago in a different life. The owner Leonardo Del Vecchio is a workaholic, much like Jim I guess. You gotta be if you have a dream.
I reckon Oakley is a lot different today than when Jim was running it.
I guess the old saying is true; change is the only constant.

You may be right but I sincerely hope not... Can't us lazy dudes get a break?
