    I'm looking at getting a projector to start viewing some of our footage- to get a sense of what it's going to look like on a big screen, just wondering if anyone has any recommendations?

    We use a calibrated Sony Ruby, but that one is pretty dark. So, it depends on your screen size. But this technology (surface mirror) is far superior to ordinary LCD or single DMD. JVC makes similar ones.

    bump.

    Not that I'm in the market right now, but I'd be interested in hearing what anyone has seen/worked with out in the field, screening dailies in hotel rooms and the like.
