    Brent,

    my name is raymond flynn and I have been trying to log into the Epic stage2 upgrade page for a while using the same info as I use when upgrading camera software, no luck. I double checked my info on the support page and it works to download camera software.
    Returning to the Epic upgrade it doe not work. Please advise how I can effect a "yes" for upgrading to Stage 2. Thank you.

    Bring them by the studio early next week.. Ill spend 15 minutes with you and throw them on the EPIC and we can see which work and does not.

    Yes i wonna know that too? could someone of RED please answer this?
    When will stage 3 start? after all epic`s are shipped to stage 2 customers?
    Or will stage 3 open, after stage 2 option is closed?

    I guess Red will not share this info, because they want that the most people go for stage 2 ?

    But for us its important to know this?

    PS - Yes, you have until June 1 to pay the deposit amount. If you want to pay during the online order, pay via credit card. If you want to pay between now and June 1, select wire transfer.     One more question… I got my 9 digit confirmation number and confirmation email... OK… so I just logged in at http://www.red.com/my_account/ to check twice. Should I see now the EPIC order in the menu “Open Orders” ?? I don’t see it here… is this normal?
