    It turned out to be my fault. Needed to place order through wire transfer selection in order to put off payment until June 1st.

    I thought I only needed to get it into checkout... Glad I decided to double check.

    PS - Yes, you have until June 1 to pay the deposit amount. If you want to pay during the online order, pay via credit card. If you want to pay between now and June 1, select wire transfer. If you want to pay by credit card later, no problem - just contact your BOMB SQUAD rep for a credit card authorization form.

    My question is:

    I know Red has announced both a pro I/O module and a pro Redmote. I have a sense that these are what I want. I just ordered an Epic Stage 2 and I'm wondering if that can be a package including these pro modules and not the standard modules with an adjusted price.

    That was for the I/O Module though. Not sure if the same applies to the Redmote.

    hey Brent, if I submit another execution of the same serial number today, and select credit card payment, would that cancel the wire one and process the CC?

    We have the same problem. I tried with 2 different computers, 3 different browsers and 3 different IP addresses. I've emailed our representative which I assume will be adequate as we have no other option.
