I like the quib at Arri, or at least thats what I see. The obvious EPIC mounting ontop of Arri, almost victoriously. Great Symbolism here.

looks like a hp monitor you cant connect a video source to the Ipad im pretty sure
No, its the newer version of this monitor by HP.http://computershopper.com/lcd-monit...mi-lcd-monitor
Speaking of cables... I dont think we have shown you this one yet.. it converts the DSMC power lemo to the legacy RED ONE lemo so you can still use all your RED ONE power options.. and those big RED BRICKS power EPIC for a very, very long time :)

I like the monitor...
What's on the monitor more precisely.
...ok, seriously. We should be talking about the camera, not the monitor.![]()
The Monitor is a random 1080p HDMI monitor by HP.... The output of EPIC is 1080p (even during record ) so it looks pretty incredible.
Jarred, how much is the weight of the EPIC-X, brain only?
Can you let us know what the weight of the Fixed Scarlet is?
A while ago I remember reading something about using the Red MD SDK to develop apps that would work over WiFi. (Roberto mentioned it here: http://www.reduser.net/forum/showpos...31&postcount=2. He got the suggestion from Dino at the February Red Day.)
In any case, I'm sidetracking things from the really cool news of Epic's Epicness. Great news, and congratulations! I can't wait for NAB!
I have to say that when I held EPIC, fired it up and saw the images... I died and went to heaven.
