I revived my RED 18-50mm T3 Metric on Dec 23 which I paid $6500 and now it's only $3995 when I asked for price adjustment the bomb squad refuse. The lens still it the original package and not sure what to do. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

I believe they are allowing some sort of step-up program within 31 days.

How many days ago did you get it?

Step up program? Not that I am aware of.

Sorry, Abdelhay, the price reduction went into effect when Jim posted it and it is not retroactive to sales prior to the reduction.

What are you talking about? I thought Brent's answer was definitive. What are we missing?

I think Roberto was refering to this quote of Jim's:

Though I'm not sure that benefits Abdelhay.

At the time you purchased it, you thought the price was fair. You could have bought a mint used one for under $4000 if you were looking to save money. Prices go up & down, that is life.

I agree with you, someone was willing to sell me 18-50, just for $3000.00 couple of months ago.
