Right so I bought my Glidecam 4000 w/ smooth shooter when I had a Sony Z1. When I bought my Red I looked it up and it was so overweight that I didn't bother. I saw it in the store shed today and decided to give it a go anyway. I would not recommend this as I don't think it gives enough back support. It went on and I will post some pictures but the footage was terrible. For all of you who have Glidecams - Don't try this as you will damage your back! I wasn't sure where to post this - sorry if it is in the wrong place!
