RED 25fps on Kona

How can I display footage shot with RED 2048x1152 at 25fps with the Kona3 in FCP?
None of my Kona RED set ups are for 25fps. They are all 23.98.
And my Kona 1080 25fps ProRes set ups don't work. They just give me a still output.
I have tried making a custom preset but I haven't had luck.
I've been sticking the footage in a 1920x1080 29.97 sequence to get it to play with the Kona but everything is then a green render in FCP and that is not great.
There doesn't seem to be a good Kona preset for what I want.
I'm also using the Aja Hi5 mini-convertor to go to my monitor's HDMI.
Maybe the HI5 doesn't handle 25fps.

Too add even more problems, I am also mixing the RED footage with Canon 5D footage which
is also different. I at least want to display one of the formats without a need for render.

Check the Kona 3 Control Panel, in the Setup tab. It has Active Video Out Filters to include or exclude certain Frame Rates and Geometries.

FCP has a similar filter, which should reveal 25 fps presets, that should work in real time with the Kona 3 output. I do this all the time. Of course your timeline and video out must match to get RT performance.

I do have the Kona controls set up for 25 active video out.
I can't find a FCP 2K @ 25 playback set up. There aren't any.
There is 2K @ 23.98 and 24 playback options.
Does the Kona have 2K @ 25 playback support?

Side note:
I actually can't get any flavor of 25 SD, HD or 2K to out to my display.
The display is suppose to handle 25 and PAL.
I'm running the AJA Hi5 convertor HD/SD SDI to DVI to my display.
The Aja Hi5 convertor handles 1080p25.

Hi there! even though all Frame Rates and Geometries are ticked, there is no 25fps playback setting for REDCODE or for 2K in FCP 7
Where do u see such presets? Can't get to playback 25fps 2K footage on my AJA Kona 3, please help.
