    I have two big custom pelicans that hold a mac pro and monitor each. I have pelicans for everything if I'm traveling by plane but it's a pain in the ass, I started building a brook clone cart because of this. I generally try to take my van even for moderate distances so I have a nice place to keep all my stuff organized and that way I don't have to break down my cart at all.

    I remember seeing those cases a few generations of MacPro ago. I forget where I saw them... Looking forward to Zak's response.

    BTW they were essentially turnkey re-housings of genuine Macs, also sold as a do it yourself kit, not necessarily for Hacintosh.
