Are ladders the same size in all countries? (Metric and imperial, etc...)
But it's also adjustable in width. You just need something flat to run on, and new ladders are usually very smooth and can be found everywhere.

It works quite well but does need some practice. The Kesler pocket dolly is interesting I tried it at Cinegear but it's not practical to operate the crank and head at the same time.

I was most impressed with the slider from 8ball camera support. Same price as the Modern but built like the silent cat. That's what I'm saving my pennies for.

Evin... what do you think of the IndieSlider? I am in need of a camera slider for this upcoming feature and I'm almost thinking about just buying one and renting it to production... but sub-$1000 is my price range right now

Funny thing though... it's against the law to sell a used ladder in Kentucky....

    BMB is my choice.

    Can 8Ball adjust in size?

I saw the Cineped at Cinegear but was a little put off by their marketing team and the build quality. Parts already looked worn and a lot of cheap plastics. I'd love to hear some reviews from the field because I think it has a lot of potential. I'd like to see a mitchell option so that you could use your own slider on top of it. Anyone know price range?

    Anyone tried this slider/mini-dolly? Link
Looks interesting. For low shots you can mount the ends on apple-boxes or the ground and for higher shots, one c-stands with cardellini or other mounting device on both ends. The price is right too!

$650 for this? Amazing. It's just parts from Modern studio equipment's catalog.
Good stuff but not my idea of a bargain or the smoothest ride in town.
