Interested in this, too. We don't have reservations yet on the original prime set, but are interested in getting the new set. I sure hope that the backlog on these isn't 6 months or anything...

As mentioned earlier in the thread, all orders from this time period (NAB week) should be filled by end of Summer or early Fall at the latest. If you have a low R1 number, it will go very fast.

Wow Your making NAB time very rough on my bank account:

    NAB07: Ordered Red One
    NAB08: Took Delivery
NAB09: Most likely buying some glass

Yeah Mike but between those dates, you made enough money to buy those lenses I hope.

I plan on buying a Red Pro Prime lens set, I just wonder when I will actually take delivery of a Scarlet FF35 Monstro system, with PL mount, so I can have something to attach the Red Lenses too? Either way this is a dream come true.

Please note that I updated correct resolution specs at the beginning of this thread. Greater than 100 line PAIRS/mm at the center.

Thanks! That's what I thought but I see many posts about putting these lenses on FF35 monstro sensors.

I understand you CAN us the RPP PL (positive locking) lenses on a RED FF35 system, but that you will need to shoot windowed at about 4.5K or 4.75K. If I am wrong I will appreciate being corrected. ;)
