Martin! Congrats on getting your camera, its always good to bring sunshine and cheer to RED OWNERS! Hope we get to see some footage soon!
Take care,
Polo
Martin welcome to the club, seeing the pictures of the FedEx terminal at Oslo Airport Gardermoen sure brings back memories - I picked up the first RED delivered in Norway at the exact same spot friday Februar 1st this year... what a day... ;-)
(This forum didn´t have an "unboxing" section back then, so I feel it is only appripriate to sneak in my '1st day pictures here)
Tony,
my friend just got it through costums duty free, here in denmark. talked to a rental house they also got it duty free.
... apparantly it matters what you say:)
It matters what you are using the equipment for. If your primary purpose is still photo, like time-lapse. Then the camera IS a still photo camera, and also/probably duty free.
…just posted my first footage :)

(time to go to bed for me now...)
Hi,
I'm also located in Denmark.
Could you guys who successfully imported the Red with Accessories please elaborate on how you did it?
An extra 16k dkr is a lot to consider.
Were you yourself registered importers and hereby able to declare the items yourselves?
sincerely,
Christian.
