For the fix, I just generated the proxies from RA, and all was well.
    Nook,

Is it possible that the clip without proxies did not even load into Clipfinder ? That's what I would suspect. Can you confirm ?

I'm having a problem with rendering in clipfinder. It will go through about 4-5 clips fine, then all of a sudden just hang and freezes. I can still navigate around clipfinder, but in order to get the rendering to work again I must exit and restart it again. Any thoughts? I'll try re-installing red alert and the QT codec again...

Can you mail me a screen shot of Clipfinder in this state ? My E-mail address is in the help pages (CMD-?). I'll look at it right away.

    Hi Hans -

Yes, I've just checked and confirmed that Clipfinder doesn't load up R3D files with no QT proxies. Now it is very important to check all the RDC folders before I drop them into Clipfinder. Or.. can we have an alert message telling us if there's any RDC folders that didn't make in?

    Nook,

I'll fix this in the next release, which shouldn't be too far off.
    Thanks for your help

    Hi Hans -

Your website seems to be down at the moment. I was going to download a copy.

Does this mean you're uploading the next release? :)

Ah, Nook, don't forget to breathe... :-)

I'm guessing it'll be 2 weeks before I can release a beta version of what you want.

I can't see any problem with the website.

    Cheers,
    Hans
