Jacek, I would love to give your mount a try.
    Any of them in Canada?
    Thanks.

    I have rediscovered hardware.
    Re-installed the mount.
Checked attached modules (Nikon Mount does not show up).
Checked lens info. Previous lens that was on the camera showed up, not current lens.
    Nothing worked.
Finally wiped all settings from the camera and finally it is responding.
Not sure it can be relied on but please try this and post if you are successful.
    Thanks!

I'm sure we got some in Canada. We've sold many since 2009

The Iris sometime works, and other times does not.
Even with Duclos Modified Otus lenses, the Iris does not ready sometimes, nor can I control them manually (Iris does not respond in either instance).
It doesn’t happen all the time, but most of the time; I need to mount, re-mount, re-boot, re-install the mount, etc....all while the action is happening and moments are missed.
    It is unpredictable.
Focus I don’t really worry about , but not being able to adjust the Iris makes shooting a crapshoot.
If anyone has any insight, I would greatly appreciate it.
I usually stick to the approved lens list from Red.
    Thanks very much.

    Hey Jason,
I am super curious. You say your Otus glass is Duclos modified, but you are still using the Nikon mount. What mods did Duclos do to the lens? Is the iris de-clicked? Just curious.

Duclos De-clicked, follow focus gear and front adapter to 95mm. I believe it is their standard Cine-mod.

I wonder if there is something that they do in the de-clicking of a Nikon mount lens that might mess with what the moumt/camera is looking for? As stated, my Otus have no mods.....yet.....
