Hi Steve,

I would buy your 14mm but I mostly run EF mount cameras at the moment. Curious as to why the listing says it only covers Super35 though, I thought the 14 had at least FF coverage.

Also thank you Sebastian but I need the lens to be rectilinear, that’s why I am mostly interested in the 14mm at the moment.

Hi Jonathan, I don't have this lens for sale. But if you're converting them to EF anyway, well, the 14mm f2.8 Mk1 EF is optically the same as the FD by all accounts and can be found relatively cheap. Mechanics maybe not so good.

Yeah I might end up having to go that route anyway. I’ve heard very very mixed reviews from the actual FD 14mm, from great to horrible. Doesn’t seem like people are selling them either way. The only real reason to stick with the FD for me would be for a manuel aperture, but considering it would most likely be a low use focal length anyways, it might be worth it to just buy the mark i EF for now. Thanks for the input.
