Hi! how does anyone get their delivery estimate from adorama or bnh? every time i speak to a rep they tell me they have no information
Today I had to make a query about the purchase invoice paid in October for my accounting manager and I see that the chat box on the RED page is no longer there, it only lets you send a customer support message ...
I hope this do not indicate more delays.

Ok, I seemed to read something about it, but I thought it was only for support for repairs or technical problems
Before, in the chat box you could solve problems with accounts or purchases among other questions instantly.
I think that after giving them more than 6k per camera, even if they are moving, they should be able to ansewer to customers.
So according to the link, even though they are moving, customer support is supposed to work ...
