RED BRICK...BRICKED :(

I think someone dropped one of my RED BRICKS during a rental or just plain died on me.
No signs of drop/damage on the time though.
The charge light is full but it won't power anything I have here.
I sent an email to BlueShape if they would be able to service it but no reply to date.
Anyone else has tips to see if this is worth fixing?

Screw it appart, often its pretty bad soldering done in batteries for the wires inside the battery. Possibly something just came loose.

Let me know if you find anything out! I have a similar issue except my power works slightly.. It's fully charged, powers the camera on for 10 minutes and then camera shuts off. The battery still has charge and will turn the camera back on but the camera randomly turns off again. It's shelfed for now

Update:
Buddy here knows what he's doing but sadly he said they glued everything in that BRICK to the point that he cant see any issues.
There are no damages to the exterior but confirmed using a multi-meter that power is not present.
Oh well, maybe BlueShape will reply and give me some hope.

John ritter fixed all of my red bricks. It’s usually a small solder point that causes it. Very common with these batteries

Buddy took the bad and good apart to see the diff.
He found no power coming out of the bad.
After all that, he must have screwed up on the good BRICK cause now I don't get the power level lights working.
The battery works fine at least not sure I want him opening it up again :)

On a side note, using a CORE on the RED and noticed there is no battery life connection.
Anyone else feels they can live without this option?

I have a couple of batteries which were vended by Steven Studio, better known for ARRI clone lights. He will sell you C-Stands and light stands if you ask. I dropped one of the batteries on a concrete floor with a hell of a "CLUTT". However it seemed fine afterwards. A few weeks later I had one which would not deliver power for long. It would also not display the LED chain when the test button was pressed. I took it apart and found no breakages. I put it together again and nothing had changed. One day I put it on the camera by error and found it "seemed" to have recovered. The LED chain still would not display. Then I discovered that the little press-button switch itself was glitchy and a bit of wriggling of the button would eventually set off the display. It seems that there is something interactive going on between that test button and the battery's ability to recharge properly. It is still working to this day which is not bad for a six year old battery. Because of trust issues, I now use it on an LED lighting panel. It might be something as simple as a dry solder joint reconnecting if the PCB has swelled or changed shape over time. I am not going to open its mouth to check its teeth or pry at its hooves but instead be grateful that it works well enough.
