    Error message on my red DSMC 2 helium camera

    Error 0x10
    Possible hardware error.please save log and contact red support
    With camera configuration.

    Anyone had similar issue with the red ....

    I just took up 5000 dollar upgrade for my helium red camera last year only .

    Any suggestions about error message

    I'd submit a technical support ticket on support.red.com and include a log file.
