Carbon Fiber one is really nice. Definitely would like that one. I think I can only afford the regular one.

It just occurred to me that one useful feature, given the use case for the Komodo, would be an in-camera "image flip." Since a major use for this will be mounting it in hard-to-reach places, I'd love to be able to rotate the camera body so that the control screen faces down, and have the output to monitors be flipped so that it's not upside-down. (And also have no need to spend time flipping footage in post.)

Any chance this possible feature has been mentioned?

Please be Patient! I'm sure Phil, Philip and the others are taking their time getting some great footage for us. No sense in rushing them

To use RCP via the control port (like with our current DSMC2 / Freefly setup on a drone) would I need to wait for the Komodo base plate to ship at some point in the future, or is possible to pinout RCP from the expansion port directly? Perhaps Freefly or a third party could work out a DC power/RCP cable kinda like what Freefly does for the Phantom VEO?

All due respect to the task of getting Komodo launched, especially with the COVID-19 closures, but looking forward to getting more info about the EXT port. So many possibilities...

If Komodo can take single frame stills, I wonder if there is some sort of GPI available through the EXT port that would be capable of syncing studio strobes.
