Wooden Camera Pass Through Top Plate Not Sending Feed To Monitor

Recently bought a Gemini, upgrading from my Scarlet-W. I have a Wooden Camera Pass Through Top Plate and it's been fine with my Scarlet-W, but on the Gemini, I'm not getting any signal. My 4.7" Touch doesn't turn on.

I took off the top plate and tried again and it worked fine. Is there a firmware issue or anything or does the Gemini have an issue with this plate?

Had a shoot with it and had non stop issues. I just got home from it and am trying different configurations on my Scarlet-W.

Scarlet-W with monitor = Works perfect
Scarlet-W with tool less monitor mount from WC = Works perfect
Scarlet-W with tool less monitor and pass through top plate = Spotty at best

This matches the Gemini, so I think it's 100% the top plate.

I had this issue last night. No image at all. Tried rubbing the contacts vigorously with my finger, inspired by the Sigma contact issues, and at first I got a corrupted signal. With some more rubbing it started working fine.
