And yes Komodo will support Anamorphic.. But "slimmest" "smallest " "least bulky" are all hard to use in the same sentence when you are talking about proper anamorphic.

But this is a great example of the utility discussion.

Some people will look at the photo below and say

" Yes! that's great I can just fit that into the Heli Gimbal or on the Russian arm to get that one shot "

and then a whole lot of other people will say

" Yes! that's great! I want to shoot my entire movie with that "
    Both are correct answers.

The first one is why we made it. The 2nd one is likely how it will be used 1000x more than the first.

Strangely I can be both types of those people at times, but I'm more in the first category of course in this case.

Please tell me it still has a control port or some way to hook rt motion latitude and similar!? It will be useless for being a light weight camera for gimbal without this imo. Better yet just make your own red focus knob and record button for gimbal /drone and make it all wireless?!

I know komodo will likely follow the same path... I'm just telling you from a lineup perspective what the intention is, so people have reasonable expectations.

Komodo has advantages over our other cameras, price, size, weight, things the sensor does, etc. but it's also limited compared to our other cameras in things like frame rates, inputs and outputs, modularity, etc.
    That's totally what I'm expecting.
And I don't want to offense anyone but if it shoots GREAT 24fps, I'm in !

Audio is not the priority, we all know. But what about that single channel? Can Komodo record honest and clean audio?
