I met choreographer Anneliese Charek to film with her in one of the busiest areas in Shanghai on the quietest day.

    Find out more about Annelise.

Very nice work Rand. In "Die Wirbel", were the closeup shots of the hands on the 18-35mm or 50-100mm?

    Many thanks -George

    George,

Unfortunately that was not my work. It was done by "Derfusi Media". I posted it here as an example of how the combination of a Red Cinema Camera and Sigma lens look when paired together.

    Maxim,

I agree with Scot that this was a great looking video with the Red Gemini with sigma lenses.

Shot on February 22, 2019 in California, Arizona, and Utah. RED Gemini with Sigma Cine primes. Finally learning how to use a tripod. It goes up and down, left and right. You can also just not touch it.

Thanks Rand for posting these examples. I am considering going to the Gemini, and I love working with the Sigma Cine's. I shot with a Weapon 6K this past year, and I did notice some slight vignetting at 18mm on the 18-35mm Sigma Cine even at 5K. Has anyone seen any vignetting on the Gemini at 5K at the 18mm end of these lenses?

    You'll have the same vignetting.

Gemini 5K is the same size sensor as 6K Dragon.

So it it vignetted at 5K Dragon, assume it will vignette 4.5K Gemini at the least.
