It was relisted for whatever reason: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Red-One-MX-...4e31%7Ciid%3A1
And yes, there are drawbacks. For me it's the weight when working as a one man camera department, which is pretty much always.

Whats wrong with he red drives? Does anyone have the red power adapter that shipped with them?
Only 2 problems with RED Drives with this camera.
1. Without proper mount (ET ISO mounts were necessary in my opinion, especially for any handheld) you may drop frames
2. The age of most of the RED Drives out there may become a factor. Spinning hard disk, many of which are over 10 years old now.
I miss our RED Ones. What a great camera. Those were great days.
This entire miniseries was shot using two MX Ones. And it still looks darn good to me.

Enjoy.

I have Red Drives also I got them like new and have been sitting on them since 2015. Just getting back to writing a short and feature film. I've been so busy shooting with my Sony fs100 for media and other projects I seem to neglect the big guns. I think its time to shoot test footage on my R1 after 4 yrs of closet time.
Hi Joshua,
Maybe this post is old and you have found your Red One package. Nevertheless, I am selling my trusty Red One MX with a SSD module, cards and many other things. Please check out my FS listing.
Go Red,
Mano
