I'm curious to see how and where this gets implemented into 3rd party NLEs. Oddly throughout this process due to some of my projects I've been looking at how each application handles various codecs playback and rendering. It feels like there's a lot of work that can be done to improve a few things for sure. This is certainly a beneficial technology to working professionals.

It would be a nice day where resource allocation is a bit more optimized for most major applications. I understand the difficulties however of making stuff compatible with "everything" and some of these packages are just stacks of hamburger patties just piled on and getting a bit wobbly higher up there. Might be time to look at the burger as a whole again team A and B.

Kudos out to the beta team and that feedback structure btw.
Sounds like you're talking about Adobe but it's hard to gauge.

Either way, would be nice to see this in Premiere, AVID, and Resolve.

Can it be used with two RTX or Quadro series GPUs paired with a Nvlink Bridge yet?
Yes. The NvLink bridge is used for playback. The completed frames are sent over the NvLink Bridge from the GPU card they were rendered on, to the GPU card with the monitor connection.

SLI Bridges will be used for older NVidia GPUs.
If you can't reproduce it, it must have been caused by the pulse generated by the mass synchronization of digital watches.

Think I'm gonna bite the bullet and make the move to the Razer Blade 15 with OLED 4K Touch 60Hz + RTX 2080. It's been a while since I've had to control alt delete anything.... but the OLED display and the Nvidia performance boost is just too much to ignore.

Davinci could release it in the next Beta of DR16(looking at their track record for the smartest, fastest, best software engineers), just wondering what is stronger, the anger about the patent issue or the profit to let every .R3D user to jump over to DR16.
