I need to get a faster computer. This is crazy how much more I enjoy learning Davinci and giving no care to leaving Premiere behind.

How many have abandon version 15 and only running version 16 beta 6? Thinking off migrating today as I have no important deadlines anywhere close and I have the database backed up. That said, If you still find version 16 beta 6 to be buggy and slower playback than 15 I just wait until its out of beta. But it seams like most are very pleased.

I migrated last week from my davinci station 15.
For now all is well, I have found an increase in performance.
Even the Davinci panel has updated the fimrware, now the recognition goes smoothly.

Thanks Luigivaltulini! I feel more confident to make the jump to 16. Its been hard to wait this long. I can alway go back in worst case scenario. By the way is your name Luigi Valtulini or should it be Luigivaltulini?

I kept my version 15 databases around, just in case, but from the very start, 16b1 has been as stable for me as 15, and I've updated to every beta through b6 with really minimal problems. I did encounter a major issue when a project I saved magically disappeared from my project viewer, but I was able to copy it out of the Library directory to a new place, get Resolve to recognize it, save it as a DRP file, then import it back in. That bug has been reported with logs and data files, and I'm sure the team will figure out the problem and correct before final release.
