PS where can i get the cable that has full 14v p-tap to micro USB?
    Tilta made me one...ping them

I've been researching the same thing with few results.
There is this one at B&H, with 2A output at the micro USB: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produ...micro_usb.html

Hey Jake - any word on your tests? Still a lot of lag with the stiffer lenses?

There are many regulated P-tap to microUSB cables like this. Finding one without regulation is hard... Then again wiring a custom one should be quite trivial since it requires no electronics and only 2 solders. Just cut the Type-A connection off any microUSB cable and solder the DC +- to a PTAP connector. Just be sure never to use it on pretty much any other MicroUSB device ever...

Just received my unit. Hand wheel seems to like to shut off when I hold the "Cal" button when I try to auto calibrate. Other than that, it's not too shabby for the few minutes I've played with it. I'll hopefully get to test it a bit more after this upcoming week.

Got mine from B&H arrived Friday. Torque at 5v USB seem sufficient for everything I've thrown at it so far.
I think that for size and cost it's a no brainer, but not going to pry the Preston out of any serious AC's hands.

Crazy useful for Ronin S - you can power it from the gimbal with included cable.
Need to make a little bracket to attach the handwheel to the gimbal handle itself the included clamp thing is wonky.

Anybody start playing with the run stop cables ?
