6048×4032 maximum resolution in a 36x24mm format size. i.e. 24.3 megapixels.

Native ISO 500.

Max FPS at full 6K resolution = 24ps. Other 6K through 5.7K resolutions, 30fps. 4K goes up to 60fps. 4K 4:3 is 48fps.

About $44,100 for the body. With "purchasable options" for Full Frame ($4,750) and Anamorphic Recording ($7,150).

To record 6K 16-bit OCN you need Sony’s AXS-R7 Raw Recorder, $6,980.

Fully equipped, about $62,980.

Supports the DVF-EL200 HD OLED Viewfinder. $,$$$ (between $5-$6K I've been told) plus the viewfinder bracket.

Interchangeable sensor block, for future things.

8 step, built in ND in two rotating turrets of 3. So.... Rear Filter Stacking? 0.3-2.4 ND Range.

Not a global shutter, but a rather fast sensor readout.

Switchable PL and E-Mount.

Looks like a beast. Full frame. Wow. I wonder if they shot season 2 of the crown on this.

This makes the whole camera game interesting and we will see what happens in the coming months. In the end competition is what makes the world go around.

Super compact setups, perhaps autofocus support, other glass options. Just a few off the top of my head.

Same reason we have various mount types in the RED world.

The footage is amazing and the camera seems like a home run but a lot of people are still not happy with the F65 debacle. It's going to be hard to justify a $60k camera at this point. They should have been all in for $40k and they would've won hands down. The base of rental houses that used to line up for Sony are long gone. I did hear the next Bond will be shot with it.

Almost everything fits on E-mount with whatever adapter or speedbooster.

This camera looks really cool and it will be interesting to see what this does to the value of the F65. I think if RED takes anything from this is that even when you get the body only, at least it has some basic outputs for LCDs. Why RED brains don't even have a basic HDMI connection is beyond me. Yes, RED cameras are modular but can't they include at least something like a little basic output module that RED support can pop in and out if there's ever a problem? But, getting back on topic, this camera looks fun and I'm hoping some of these features make it into a 10-bit A7S III down the line.
