Raven and zoom F8

Hey everyone, Long time lurker, first time poster.

Does anyone know if its possible to link the record trigger of the Raven to the zoom F8 record function? I usually just sync the two with timecode but I have a fast run and gun shoot coming up and want to get the audio and video to start recording from the push of one button. I’ve seen a thread on the subject (ex. http://www.reduser.net/forum/showthr...de-PLEASE-HELP) but can’t seem to get it to work. Any help would be much appreciated.

I'd actually like to know if this works too as I have a Zoom F8 & Epic-W....
