    Hello!

I just got my Epic-W and did a little test shoot and I'm not able to import the files into Resolve 12.5. Wondering if anyone else is having this problem or if there's a solution. I can work the files in REDCine or FCPX, but Resolve won't recognize them. Resolve can see the RDM folder, but not the R3D file within it. Conversely, I can pull in old footage from an Epic as well as from a REDone. I've been on hold with BlackMagic Tech Support for about an hour so I figured I'd take a shot here...

    Thanks for the help!

Do you have 12.5.2 or 12.5.3? I think epic-w is not supported on 12.5...

I just downloaded the latest DaVinci Resolve 12.5.3 the lite version and it does not import...The resolution is 5120 by something - it is possible that it just not import a 5K file.. My friend that shot something with Epic W said he chose 4K WS but I think it was 5K

Same thing happened the first time I imported EW files into Resolve. Turns out the solution was to disable our Rocket card. Something to add to the list of possible solutions.
