I just went to the Hanse Inno Tech website (http://www.hanseinnotech.com/) and it says they are being closed to due buyout. It looks like they are selling all of their assets (collimators etc.) so I wonder what will happen with the future production of these lenses?

Yeah they are done. Closed shop. You may find the lenses at some stores at a discount. But I wouldn’t do it.

Correct. The 18.5 is actually a Sigma 20mm f/1.4 however.

Down would imply they're getting back up. They're not.

Well now that they are out of business can anyone say with any certainty anything about all of the claims of them being Rokinons? I'm just curious.
