Upgrade stuck?

I have a RED DRAGON.. I attempted to upgrade the firmware. It loaded up fine, asked me if I wanted to upgrade the monitor and I said yes. Then upon reboot, I get the two flashing green lights and they stay on (like over an hour). This continues every time I turn it on.

When I UNPLUG the monitor, it seems to boot, but of course I cannot see anything

I may have stumbled ass backwards into one.. Just went with a earlier firmware and that seemed to help.. But I would still LOVE to know the fix you speak of.

I just had the same problem, but rolling back the firmware didn't seem to help. How exactly did you figure this out Jay?

Totla crash, then Returned to v5.3.33 and it popped back on but can't seem to get v5.3.35 to run.

And RED is on Vacay for Memorial Day.
