  1. #1 Superspeeds wanted- $37k MKII or $45k MKIII
    Hi,

I hope this is ok to post here.

In full disclosure, my financing is almost in place and should be finalized in the next couple of days, but I thought I'd get a jump on this.

    Like everyone else, I'm looking for a typical set of Zeiss superspeeds. 18, 25, 35, 50, 65, 85. (I could do without the 65 in a pinch)

I think $37k is reasonable for MKIIs and $45k for MKIIIs.

I'm really only interested in glass that's in great condition and will want to have the set checked by an Arri dealer.

I realize glass is scarce now, but I figured I'd put my price on the record in case it's attractive to someone on the fence.

Please let me know if you think you have a match for me.

    Thanks much,

    Dave

For what you're willing to pay, I'd rather buy UP's brand new! Yes there not 1.4 but that's just me.

Well, If I can find some, but a set is coming in closer to $65k and is 6 months to delivery.

Please tell me if you know different.

6 Ultra Primes would be close to double what he is wanting to spend.
