    Hehe
    :-)

FWIW if you also have a mac and want foolcontrol over your camera on a bigger screen than iPhone 6+ the group buy for Mac version gets you 25% off any OS X license right now and until end of this week :

I am sorry to ask this and I have read both the threads and cant seem to find the answer. What will this app cost. Approximately the same as the OSX version or more or less.
Congrats on a fantastic tool Mikael it look absolutely amazing. Quite mind blowing that this is your first iOS app.

    Hello

It will cost less than the OS X version at launch. Entry price point will rise after a certain date (but upgrades for initial iPhone version will be free, only an iPad/6+ version with video feedback (more on this later) would be a different app / purchase).

Mac OS X version will always have some more advanced features and will continue to evolve in parallel with cool stuff, and even tho the focus control is much way cooler on a touch interface, I'd say most of the rest is better and easier done on a real screen with a real keyboard etc
(certainly the case for studio work or when wifi is not an possible).

    -----------

As much as I'd like to sell the app for what it is really worth, I am not sure people are ready to pay "professional" software price for a "phone" app yet, everyone thinks it simply should be free... Also difficult as there is also no way of testing the app on the App Store vs the foolcontrol OS X version where anyone can test it before making a purchase decision...

I'll see how it goes... if the iOS version kills all the OS X sales and the 30% Apple gets doesn't allow me to make a decent living for my family out of this software writing thing, I can always go back to my filming job and enjoy normal sleeping time again :-)
