  1. #1 Car commercial, looking for redshooters world wide.
I have a proposal from Robert Roosenstein, a highly regarded agency producer based in Amsterdam, for a automotive campain. As the project is under "NDA" (non disclosure agreements) it's a bit difficult to discuss. But basically, the request is to shoot on multiple locations around the world. The original idea was to go on a long travel and have the same DoP shooting it all. But then after some discussion I suggested that it would be much better if we could have a "potpourri" of artistic Redusers working for us / shooting one part each, as that would actually suite the authentic / documentary kind of concept for the campain much better.

So to get things going, we would need:

To know if you are willing to participate. and also your location. (basically where you will be located during the upcoming 2 months.)
And if you maybe know someone who is inspired by a specific special place. E.g. your friend who met his future wife at that one corner table in a café in Prague.

To show your interest to participate provide your contact info and location to the email address below:

    "roosenstein at syndicate dot se"

Then we will give you further information shortly.

Bellow is also Mr Roosenstein's invite to you all.

    "Dear Epic Red user,

We are currently working on a film project for which we need your help.
It is for an automotive campaign created by a Dutch agency.

The idea is to have all kinds of people talk about a specific location that has inspired them.
And then move to that special place and have someone from that place naming his/her location.

So person 1 on location A will talk about location B, we would then see person 2 on location B talking about location C.
    And so on.

So we create a chain of places all around the world where people talk about their special place elsewhere in the world.
We can only do this if we can find local people being registered by local camera (and sound) men.

Therefor for now our question would be:
Would you care to join in this project ?
Do you know in your vicinity a person that is inspired by such a special place anywhere around the world ?
And would you be willing to register this person - giving us the next location in the story ?

    Hope to hear from you.

    Kind regards,
    Robert Roosenstein
    (producer)

We still need a whole bunch of more shooters on other locations than the onces listed above. So don't be shy now, send your contact and location to: "roosenstein at syndicate dot se" The more people we are the better this will be.

And Björn - we can add to that list:
New York City, The Faroer Islands, Dayton, Queenstown (New Zealand), Seattle, Capetown, Durban, Moscow ...
    Please keep it coming !

Also please start thinking if you know this person who got inspired by a particular location somewhere in the world.

Like this surfers hang out in Biarritz where he/see watched the sun set every night.
Or a hot dog stand on Fifth Avenue where they have the best sauercraut on their sandwiches.
Or a bench in a park in Tokyo where your father met your mum.

Thus linking the one place in the work to the next.

Also: the spokeperson should speak in his/her own language.
So in any languge or dialect they re used to talk in.
So we get the original story with all the real nuances.
The material we'lluse we wll then have to subtitle.
Giving the overall fim this extra genuitnity to it.

Anyway. Thank you so much - this could really work !

    Regards,

Then you should sign up. Our budget and production concept does not really allow much traveling but send your expected location and contact info to " roosenstein at syndicate dot se " and robert will add you to the list.

We are really stoked how many people that all ready sent their interest.

Without revealing to much I can only tell you that this production will be very unique, not only in it's final outcome but very much in the way it will be produced. So just jump on, there is no risk. I worked on plus 4000 commercial productions in the past and I pretty sure that this one will gain quite a bit recognition. So if you get elected it will not take much of your time or effort and it will be a great possibility to show your creativity on an international level.

Will email tonight- a couple of interesting possibilities. To clarify, are you looking for a shooter and real contributor in one locality, whose story is set elsewhere?

I can not reveal much due to the NDA... But I can tell you this much, we need a lot of creative shooters that all will contribute with a part each.

Regarding the story, fees and all such Robert will give you more information further on. So see this as a first step where we gathering interested shooter and locations. When we got that done the agency creatives will (together with the selected shooters of course) weave the story together. Then you all shot your part that later will be edited together into a longer piece.

Now I already told you more than I should :)
