I have done a fair bit of transmitting using an AJA 10DM3 Downconverter and Titan Tx/Rx. Works great.

I would love to see a field wireless HDMI solution. I wonder how well the geffen wireless hdmi unit works.

How have you been powering the aja & titan tx? Do you need a power break out box of some sort for the camera?

    Currently with the PowerTap.

The AJA downcoverter is rated at 5W, and the Titan is rated 1.9w so you can power that from the GPI plug on the camera (Has around 15w). The HRS10 4 pin connector is easy to find and solder.

Wireless HD senders are hard to find and killer expensive. I reckon that HDMI thing ought to work though.

I guess that would work for the Preview, right?

What worries me about it is potential delay with all that compression happening for wireless HD, causing possible remote focus pulling problems. Any experience ?

No offence but your focus puller shouldnt be pulling off a monitor - unless it's amateur night.
