Those are compression artifacts. Is that only showing on your 60" or everywhere you view it? We also need the codec and the containers. (.mov I'm assuming but what is inside the .mov?)

Is there a reason you need to edit at 4K? Why not edit at 1080 & finish 4K and save yourself processing time?
