If you log in to your RED account that you created and you were approved it will have Educational Pricing stated in the store section of the website.
They can still sign up they can still do trade-in and upgrades, there just is no educational pricing for those programs.

The RED ONE trade in program has been closed for some time but yes we still offer the MX Upgrade to RED ONES.
We are still supporting RED ONE, we still offer the MX Upgrade. The RED ONE is still an industry work horse. The upgrade path was RED ONE to EPIC, EPIC to Dragon.
