My Scarlet is reaching 72 degree in less than 15 minutes.
Delta fan inside of Scarlet has a noise spec listed over 40dB.

I totally understand your frustration.
Fan noise on my Scarlet is #1 issue for me as well.
Love the picture, understand compact design and need for cooling off the sensor but very loud fan...
